Campaigns Manager
The Campaigns Manager at YGG Pilipinas will oversee the execution of campaigns for our partnered games and projects. This role involves full ownership of campaigns to ensure they are executed properly, coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and tracking of campaigns, as well as serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

1. Assist the Marketing Manager in onboarding new clients for campaigns and developing strong relationships with them to understand their needs and objectives
2. Conduct detailed campaign briefings with the relevant executing teams, ensuring all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients from campaign planning to execution, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively
4. Work closely with business development, community, marketing, metaversity, and events teams to ensure all client commitments are met and coordinate efforts across teams to streamline campaign processes and communications
5. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content calendars are tracked and adhered to
6. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to track progress and address any issues, escalating any campaign-related misses or concerns to the Marketing Manager
7. Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks
8. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports for clients and internal teams, using data insights to optimize future campaigns and improve results
9. Work with department leads on staffing, talent management, and other HR needs
10. Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant insights with the team
11. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies and execution, implementing new tools and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
12. Spearhead the creation of case studies for each project and campaign, working with relevant teams to gather necessary data and insights
13. Identify challenges and determine what strategies are working and what are not, making recommendations based on results to improve campaign performance
