Summer 2025 9 Ball MVP

Tournament Date: November 8th, 2025. Doors Open at 10am. Tournament starts at 10:30am.

Location: Eddies Tavern - Round Rock

Entry Fee Per Player: $25.00 ($20.00 Prize Fund/$5.00 Tournament Director)

Eligibility:

1.This is an invitation tournament ONLY. Please check to see if you are eligible and on the invitation list found here. Navigate to Tournaments/9 Ball MVP and see both invitations for the NORTH and SOUTH accordingly. 2. The top 3 players in each division, from each skill level that played a minimum of 7 matchs in the regular session are eligible for MVP

3. Players must be active in the current session in order to remain eligible for this event

Format: Seeded Brackets, Modified 8 Ball APA Races, Modified Single Elimination

Payment is DUE immediately once you complete your registration. Your Regstration is only complete once the entry fee is paid. Unpaid registrations will not be accepted and will be immediately removed. Once your payment is received, you will be officially added to the tournament. The league office will No Longer call people who register and do not pay immediately. You will simply be removed from the registration/tournament.

Please indicate in the VENMO notes that the payment is for you (your name/player number/tourament name) so that we can log it accordingly.

Your registration will be null and void if payment is not made immediately. If you cannot make a Venmo payment, call the league office for alternative option to pay via Zelle. We do NOT accept any other forms of payment. The emails go out every 12hrs, so it may not come right away. The email will contain a link where you can see the players that have registered and your confirmation details
