Bright Sparks is a student-led educational registered nonprofit (EIN: 33-1317158) committed to providing free, personalized learning to underserved children.
Mission: At Bright Sparks, we’re reimagining what education can be. We deliver free, one-on-one tutoring that adapts to each child’s pace, passions, and potential. Led by student mentors and powered by community, we’re building a world where learning is personal, flexible, and truly accessible—no matter who you are or where you’re from.
Please take your time completing the application form below. This is your opportunity to showcase your skills, as we typically do not conduct interviews for most roles (except for Coordinator, Director, and Executive positions). The application itself serves as your interview.
