Creative Media Intern Application
Thanks for your interest in helping shape the future of thoughtful, values-driven media. We’re an intentional ecosystem rooted in clarity, collaboration, and care.
This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their creative media journey seeking to grow into the next wave of creative leadership. Besides gaining skills in lighting, sound, video editing, copywriting, and social media, you'll gain invaluable knowledge and insight into emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and leadership critical to the future of our planet.
This is a flexible, 100% remote, part-time, project-based, paid internship (6-12 months) with a simple compensation model:
• $75 for U.S.-based interns, per standard edited episode (for episodes up to 60 minutes)
• +$3 per 15 minutes raw video (e.g., a hour-long video is $75 + 12 = $87, up to $24/video)
• Higher pay for longer or more complex edits, paid at the same rate as above
• Additional hourly pay for repurposing (e.g., clips, transcripts, visuals, etc.) $12-15/hour
🌎 This opportunity is open to all applicants 18 and up, but for legal simplicity and time zone coordination, we are currently prioritizing U.S.-based candidates. If you're based internationally and feel aligned with this work, you're still welcome to apply and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis. For international applicants, we’re open to context-aware pay adjustments, depending on experience, quality, location, and cost of living. Our goal is to ensure fairness, sustainability, and mutual value and our decisions follow these values.

This internship is designed as a flexible 6–12 month opportunity for someone who wants to grow creatively while contributing to a purpose-driven media ecosystem and can reliably engage when work is active. The role is part-time with flexible hours and space for lighter weeks depending on the production schedule as well as individual needs.
If you’re navigating school, travel, or life transitions, that’s okay—we’re open to crafting a rhythm that works, as long as the intent is aligned and consistent. Let us know your specific situation and be transparent, and we'll find ways to work around it if it's the right fit.
This role also has the opportunity to grow into an expanded intern role with increased pay and responsibility, or a part-time or full-time Creative Media Specialist or Manager, whether immediately or in the longer term. These roles can be flexible (1099) or permanent (W2), depending on our capacity and trajectory. Future roles can be 100% remote or involve travel and in-person gatherings—regardless, we will always prioritize your human needs.
While we value speed, we also honor time as an organization. Some interns or team members may work for a season, take a break, and then return multiple times as they grow their skills or build capacity alongside school, work, or other commitments.
Ready? If that sounds aligned, let's get started.
