I understand that there is a 6-month minimum commitment for all monthly membership tiers and that if I wish to cancel before the 6-month minimum commitment is met, I will be charged a $150 early termination fee.

I understand that memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

I understand that membership perks such as gifting services, additional discounts, and waived fees may only apply to select annual memberships.

I understand that monthly services are only valid for their billing duration otherwise they will expire. Unused monthly services may not be accumulated for future use or rolled over.

I understand that annual services are only valid for the 12-months following the initial purchase date. Unused services may not be accumulated for future use or rolled over into a new calendar year outside of the billing duration.

I understand that I cannot substitute membership services for other services that may be offered.

I understand that refunds will not be issued for unused memberships.
