Event Rules. Fees are non‑refundable unless the organisers cancel the event. Tables & chairs are provided. Table covers are not supplied. Products: Only sell items/services listed on your application (update us at least 2 weeks prior if you need to add/change). No counterfeit/infringing or offensive goods. This is a family event. Food traders: Must comply with usual requirements (registration, hygiene, allergen labelling, sampling rules). Bring your own waste and cleaning materials. Access & timings: Trader access from 10:00. Event open 11:00–17:00. Clear down and vacate by 17:00. Power: Very limited—must be pre‑approved. Bring your own PAT‑tested leads if applicable; keep cables safely managed. Waste & safety: Keep your area tidy. Use bins provided in the car park. No trailing cables. No naked flames unless specifically agreed in advance. Conduct: Professional and respectful behaviour is required. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
