Do you have feedback, a complaint, an appeal, or a grievance you'd like to raise?

At Kube College, we treat all complaints and appeals with the utmost seriousness, ensuring they are addressed effectively, transparently, and promptly. This page outlines our complaints and appeals process and guides you on how to submit your concerns.

You may submit a complaint or appeal if you have experienced or are concerned about issues including, but not limited to:

- Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or sexual misconduct
- Academic or research misconduct
- Corruption or fraud
- Fitness to practice

Your Feedback Matters

At Kube College, your feedback is highly valued and plays a crucial role in our continuous efforts to enhance the quality of our services and systems. We encourage students to lodge complaints and appeals as soon as practicable following any incident.

Important Notice for Appeals

Appeals against a decision to report a student to the Department of Home Affairs via PRISMS must be lodged within 20 working days from the date of issue stated on the "Notice of Intention to Cancel Enrolment" provided by Kube College.

Important Notice for Appeals

Kube College will carefully assess and investigate your submission. You will receive a written response outlining the outcome of your complaint or appeal as swiftly as possible, in line with our policies and procedures. You may also be asked to attend an interview to discuss your concerns, and you are welcome to bring a support person to this meeting.
