Coeliac Consumer Interview Locals & Travellers

Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. 🌿
At Carpathia~House, we’re listening closely to the voices of coeliac diners and travellers to better understand what it really feels like to navigate food, trust, and safety away from home.
This short conversation (around 20–30 minutes) is part of our research into how people living gluten-free experience dining and travel today: the joys, the frustrations, and everything in between. Your story will help shape a more thoughtful, inclusive, and transparent food culture for all.
There are no right or wrong answers. We’re simply interested in your lived experience. Everything you share will be treated with care and confidentiality.
Please feel free to be as open as you like: the more real your stories, the more meaningful our insights become. 🙂
Each main question invites your personal experience and beneath some, you’ll see a few optional prompts. These are simply there if you’d like to share a little more detail or story around your answer. We’re deeply grateful for your time, your honesty, and your voice in this work. 🌾
