Product Strategy Session — Validation Survey

We’re exploring a new way to help product teams like yours gain clarity and alignment through a collaborative session. In this survey, we’d love your input to see if this is valuable for you. When we say Product Strategy, we mean a clear plan that connects business goals, user value, and the product roadmap.

It’s not just about building features, but about: ✦ Business context: what problems are we really solving, and why? ✦ User value: what impact do we want to create for our customers/consumers? ✦ Metrics: how do we know we’re on the right track (e.g. a North Star Metric)? ✦ Roadmap: what concrete steps do we take to get there?
