The Philippine Doujin Expo aims to become a major convention in the country for self-published works from passionate creators. Aside from Filipino artists and authors, the event also aims to gather creators from neighboring countries.
This event will admit attendees 13 years old and above only. Access to JY Campos Hall B (Sector N) will be restricted to attendees 18 years old and above.
Artists, authors, craftspeople, and creatives can participate as exhibitors.
We accept both fan-made and original works. There is also NO fanfic-to-original ratio.
Absolutely no AI-generated slop. Creators must showcase their own works.
The event will focus on comics, novels, stories, and zines. But creators can still showcase and sell other fan-made and original works.
Creators with no existing comics yet must join the Doujin X Challenge. More details below.
R-18 works and NSFW content are okay. However, creators must read the Terms of Service and Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for complete details.
Bayanihan Center is an event venue in Pasig City with multiple conference rooms, two function halls, and one theater hall. Various art and pop culture events have taken place at the venue, which is a short walk away from the nearest public transport.

We learned about the accurate dimensions of the venue after our previous event, and through analyzing an existing floor plan of the venue and the event maps of other events that took place in both halls.
SECTOR S (JY Campos Hall A): This sector, as well as the LOBBY, will feature artistic, creative, and literary works that are suitable for all readers and audiences.
SECTOR N (JY Campos Hall B): This sector will be for all artistic, creative, and literary works that fall under the R-18 classification or require an NSFW warning. Attendees under 18 years of age cannot enter.
17 August 2025 Update
Creators with no existing comics yet must participate in the Doujin X Challenge in accordance with the focus of the event and to encourage more creators to make comics. To begin, just choose at least one (1) format:
• Yonkoma: This is a comic strip with four (4) vertical panels. Create a booklet containing at least eight (8) yonkoma, and each page must have two (2) yonkoma. This booklet must have a cover page.
• Short comics: Create a short story in the form of comics. The entire story must have exactly eight (8) pages. This comics must have a cover page.
• One-shot comic: Create a one-shot story in the form of comics. The entire one-shot story must have 16, 24, or 32 pages. This comics must have a cover page.
Both fan-made and original comics are okay. Creators must finish their first comics on or before 8 March 2026.

Note: There will be NO additional exhibitor IDs available for purchase.
Display height: Installations and display items, such as wire mesh grids, trays, and small shelves, must be within 6 feet high from the floor.
No obstructions: Do not bring extra chairs or tables. All exhibition items and installations must be within the exhibition spot.
Power usage: Exhibitors should bring a power bank or a portable power source for their electronic devices.

Pay the total fee in full within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email.
Partial Payment:
Pay 50% of the total fee (or PHP1,000 for XT Half) as reservation payment within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email. Balance payment deadline is on 31 December 2025.
Reminder: Transaction fees may apply. The exhibitor alone shall shoulder transaction fees.
Refund Policy: All payments are nonrefundable. In preparation for this event, our team has to make advance payments to partners and suppliers, and these are also nonrefundable. We cannot issue a refund if an exhibitor decides to cancel their participation at any point, or fails to pay on time and therefore forfeits their table spot. Postponement due to factors beyond our control such as calamities and threats does not guarantee a refund.

Exhibitors will gain access to the Event Kit via a shared folder on Google Drive. For strict compliance, only one email address per exhibitor can access the folder.
