Philippine Doujin Expo 2026

The Philippine Doujin Expo aims to showcase self-published comics, novels, and art zines from local and overseas creators. This one-day event will also feature discussions and talks for both creators and attendees.
Age Restrictions: This event is suitable to individuals 15 years old and above. However, a dedicated area in this event will only allow entry to individuals 18 years old and above.
Individual authors and artists, artist groups, school clubs, small presses, and independent publishers may participate. All participating creators must be at least 18 years old on or before 11 April 2026.
Creators must display and sell comics alongside their other self-published works such as novels, and art zines. Creators with no existing comics yet must join the Doujin X Challenge. More details below.
We allow the display and sale of original works and derivative works (such as fan comics, fan fiction, fan zine, and fan art).
We also allow the display and sale of R18 works and NSFW content. There will be a dedicated area for these kind of works and content.
We do not allow works that contain generative AI (genAI) images and text.
Bayanihan Center is an event venue in Pasig City, Metro Manila. It has become the venue for events about art, creativity, and popular culture. Bayanihan Center is a short walk away from a major public transport route.

Creators with no existing comics yet must participate in the Doujin X Challenge in accordance with the focus of the event and to encourage more creators to make comics. Please create one using any of the format options below:
• Yonkoma: This is a comic strip with four (4) vertical panels. Create a booklet with at least eight (8) yonkoma, and each page must have two (2) yonkoma. It must also have a cover page.
• Short comics: Create a short story in the form of comics with exactly eight (8) pages. It must also have a cover page.
• One-shot comic: Create a one-shot story in the form of comics. The entire one-shot story must have at least 16 pages (or any number divisible by four). It must also have a cover page.
Both original comics and fan comics are okay. Creators must finish their first comics on or before 8 March 2026.
The fees below are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Table measurements are approximate.
XT Single: PHP3,500
• one table (180×70 cm)
• maximum of 3 chairs
• maximum of 3 exhibitor IDs
XT Half: PHP1,800
• half of one table (90×70 cm)
• only 1 chair
• only 1 exhibitor ID
All installations and display items above the table must be within 1 meter from the table surface. Please keep your belongings within your designated spot or under the table. Due to limited space, please do not bring your own chair.
Participants will not have direct access to venue electricity. Please bring power banks to recharge your phones and computers.

On Refunds: All payments are nonrefundable. In preparation for this event, our team has to make advance payments to partners and suppliers, and these are also nonrefundable. We cannot issue a refund if an exhibitor decides to cancel their participation at any point, or fails to pay on time and therefore forfeits their table spot. Postponement due to factors beyond our control such as calamities and threats does not guarantee a refund.

An application does not guarantee a table spot. We will review each application within seven (7) days. We reserve the right to reject an application.
