Job Description:
As Hola Health continues to scale, it’s important that our brand grows as we do. The role of Brand Marketing Lead is a new role for Hola Health and is an important part of the Marketing team responsible for driving the key metrics of brand equity, such as awareness and positioning with stakeholders including patients & the broader health community across Australia.
This position sits within our growing Marketing team and will be uniquely positioned to develop and spread Hola Health’s evolving brand as a leader in transformative healthcare solutions.
The requirements of this role would be optimally suited to a candidate who is comfortable and enjoys operating in a startup setting- where we experience a level of ambiguity and rapid changes to our business operations. Some soft skills that will be conducive to success in this role are skills such as agility, adaptability, attention-to-detail, problem solving and ingenuity.
No startup experience is explicitly required. As we are a health-tech startup ourselves, this is a guiding summary of the environment we are currently operating in.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the brand champion internally, including developing & owning the consistency of brand guidelines and standards
- Designing the visual representation of our brand through the look & feel of the website
- Overseeing the organisational Go To Market Plan across all channels used for brand building including our digital and social presence
- Management of brand sponsorships & partnerships
- Representing Hola Health at relevant events when needed
- Public Relations projects and communications
- Offline advertising
- Management of agency relationships where relevant
- Communication with the customer base with relevance to brand building activity
