Welcome to the Cultural Content Survey 2025

The first Cultural Content report came out in 2022 and shared insights from 169 organisations about how they plan, produce, and measure the impact of their digital content.

A lot has changed since then, so now we're running a new study to find out what's happening in 2025.

This survey is open to anyone who works on digital content at a cultural organisation anywhere in the world (although if you don't work in content but you're interested in the report, just tell us in the survey when prompted).
We'll share the findings in the autumn.
There are prizes too! For every valid response*: - Enter a draw for prizes (workshop, content strategy books or a special mystery prize) - We'll plant five trees (via Ecologi)
Who's filled it out so far? We've had submissions from organisations in Australia, Canada, the UK, and USA.
They include the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, Birmingham Hippodrome, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Canada's National Arts Centre, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Firstsite, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Musica Viva Australia, National Galleries of Scotland, National Gallery of Art, National Museums Liverpool, National Theatre of Scotland, Oxford Playhouse, Punchdrunk Enrichment, Royal & Derngate, Royal College of Music, Somerset House, The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, The Museum of English Rural Life, The Old Vic Theatre, The Postal Museum, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and more.
