Our ideal candidates are experts in their field, passionate about sharing that knowledge with others, practiced with teaching younger learners, and understanding of the autonomous learning style of Bridge Academy and our mission.
These courses are meant to be independent, autonomous (i.e. we will ask you to pre-record them), and taught in a way that allows the students to work at their own pace, embrace the knowledge for the passion of learning (not for the proof of learning), and gives them the skills to continue their learning journey on this topic if they desire. Ideally, the content will cover between a quarter to a full semester of learning. Educators will be given parameters for designing and structuring the courses, but will have a lot of flexibility to teach in the way that aligns with their knowledge of the content.
