Current feeling

External gatekeepers. Hiring managers, industry entry barriers, the job market

Motivated most days, as long as it feels achievable

Lit-up and thriving. Work should feel like an expression of me

Growing priority. I think about it more and more

Important. I am already making some decisions to optimise for it

Top priority. I am prepared to make compromises to achieve it
