Stall Application - World Culture Fair

World Culture Fair 2025 is a global cultural celebration bringing together communities from all backgrounds to share the beauty and diversity of their heritage through music, dance, food, exhibitions, cultural activities and traditional games.

We are inviting passionate community groups, cultural organisations, food vendors, artisans, and educators to participate in this special.

📌 Important Information:

✔︎ Event Date: 18 October 2025

✔︎ Venue: Granville Park, Sydney 📌 Stall setup begins from 8:00 AM on the event day

🌐 What kind of stalls are welcome?

✔︎ Cultural Experience Booths

Traditional crafts, hands-on workshops, cultural games, costume try-ons, calligraphy, etc.

✔︎ Food Stalls

Authentic cuisine, street food, sweets and drinks representing your country or region.

✔︎ Art / Handicraft Stalls

Handmade items, souvenirs, accessories, artwork and more.

✔︎ Community & Education Booths

Language schools, cultural organisations and community groups introducing their mission and programs.

✔︎ Kids Zone & Activity Booths

Interactive activities for children: craft-making, storytime, cultural games and safe play zones.

💰 Stall Registration Fees - $300 / $500(Food Truck)

📂 Required Documents

Please upload the following documents with your application: 1. A list of products/services, photos of your stall, and a waste disposal plan 2. Certificate of currency for public liability insurance $20 million for food stalls $10 million for all other stalls 3. (Food stalls only) Food safety certification, inspection documents, and business registration 📌 Food vendors must submit all relevant safety and registration certificates 4. Tick the consent box for personal information collection at the end of the form
