I have conceived before, but I’m struggling to conceive again.

I’ve done various forms of testing including blood work, hormone testing or food sensitivity testing.

Visited different healthcare practitioners, but I was told everything looks “fine”.

I’ve attempted a few “detox” protocols on my own, but not sure if they are doing anything.

Tried a bunch of supplements. (iron, calcium, zinc, multi vitamins etc.)

Made changes to my diet/environment/lifestyle.

I was even told that I will never be able to conceive and it will be really challenging.

I didn’t get the support I needed and no one really understood my situation.

I’ve been feeling so confused about my fertility and I don’t know what to do.

My partner isn’t doing a lot of the work (and I feel part of our issue is him).

I was trying to handle everything myself.

I usually experience cramps before or during my period.

I don't have issues with my period that I'm aware of.

I have some digestive issues like constipation, bloating.

My mood is all over the place during certain times of the month.

I've been gaining weight and I am not sure why.

My hormones would be balanced, and I would feel encouraged to start trying to get pregnant.

I would be closer to having a baby and becoming the mother I've always dreamed of.

I would be 100% confident in myself that I will become a mother very soon.

I would feel in control of my body and know exactly what it needs.
