Executive Assistant for Matt & Abby Howard (Job Application)

Hello! We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work for Matt & Abby Howard. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for social media and the creator economy. You will have a 24/7 mentality while serving as the point of contact for all day to day and personal support. 

The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to, email management, assisting with filming content, managing deadlines, daily calendars, and overseeing a team of editors.

What you’ll do:

-Manage email communications, including drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and organizing emails

-Assist with filming content, managing deadlines for partnerships, and coordinating logistics for video/podcast recordings

-Oversee video editors to ensure content is delivered on time

-Manage the creator's schedule and business appointments, including booking travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events for the family

-Run errands as requested

-Seamlessly handles confidential and sensitive materials and information in a confidential manner

-Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

What we're looking for:

-MUST be located in Arizona, preferably near Phoenix

-Prior experience in social media or working with YouTubers/influencers/podcasts is a plus

-Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

-Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

-Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
