About the opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy HR and Admin Executive to join our fast-growing startup. This role will be responsible for driving all HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks to foster a thriving work environment.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance appraisal cycles.
- Manage compensation and benefits using Razorpay or similar platforms.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition

- Source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the company’s needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Employee Engagement

- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Organize employee recognition programs, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Be the one-stop shop for employee questions and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Admin and Executive Support

- Manage company events, offsite activities, and celebrations.
- Oversee the procurement and management of employee devices and supplies.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for managing compensation and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a startup or dynamic environment is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and highly organized.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy for employees.
- Creative and proactive in engaging employees and organizing activities.
