At BaddieBards, we are committed to ensuring that everyone at our tables has a safe experience. We prioritize supporting our storytellers in creating a safe space for our players. Every game includes a mandatory Session 0, during which players can meet each other officially, discuss safety tools, and establish Lines and Veils.
BaddieBards' volunteer and collaborator forms are open to all but Black, Queer and Trans folks are ALWAYS given priority.

BaddieBards seek an experienced Caption Editor to help with our captions and transcription for our October/November production of Husk. The Caption Editor will work with our Video Editor (Alix), who will provide you with the SRT generated from the edited Episodes.
The expected deadline for the captions for each Episode is three days before the release date. There will be open lines of communication with the video editor and the team regarding any spelling and grammar concerns.
BaddieBards strives to maintain open and transparent communication as a team. You would be expected to meet all deadlines. Communicate early and often with the team if deadlines change or any other problems arise.
Husk is a Southern Gothic horror production that has six episodes. Each Episode is about 1.5-2 hours long and features five speakers - the GM and the four cast members. The episodes will air on the following dates:

Friday, October 24, 2025 at 5:30 PM PST/8:30 PM EST
Friday, October 31, 2025 at 5:30 PM PST/8:30 PM EST
Friday, November 7, 2025 at 5:30 PM PST/ 8:30 PM EST
Friday, November 14, 2025 at 5:30 PM PST/8:30 PM EST
Friday, November 21, 2025 at 5:30 PM PST/8:30 PM EST
The expected deadline is that the captions for the episode will be completed three days before the episode airs at the absolute latest - this gives time for last minute changes and edits on our editor's end.
In order to work, you would receive the .srt file that is generated when the Bards record and the edited episode which will be shown on the above dates. There will be open lines of communication with the editor and the team in general for spelling and grammar concerns you may have.
