ROASTING & PROCESSING DETAILS

- ROASTING SCHEDULE: We roast Monday through Friday.

- ORDER CUT-OFF TIME: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the next day.

- TURNAROUND TIME: Our standard turnaround time from ordering until packaged is 3-4 business days. You will receive an email ([email protected]) to confirm your order and when the order is finished you will receive another email with the invoice.

- INVOICE TERMS: Payment due: 14 days from invoice date. Finance charge: A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be applied to overdue balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

- DELIVERY: Due to rising global coffee prices, we are implementing a milage-based delivery fee to help offset costs. All orders hand-delivered by EFB will now include a delivery fee effective 2/18/25. Discounted delivery is available for orders over 100 lbs. (Click here for fee chart) Deliveries typically occur on Thursdays and Fridays.

- WEEKEND ORDERS: Orders placed on the weekend will be added to Monday's production roasting list. *Rush orders are available for a fee **Additional fees for orders needed on the weekend.

Our cold brew is made with a Kyoto Japanese Slow Drip brewers. Once ordered we will make it fresh and this process takes us around 8-12hrs to produce a gallon.
