ROASTING & PROCESSING DETAILS

2026 Updates **
- ROASTING SCHEDULE: We roast Monday through Friday. The Roastery is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so those days do not count as business days in our turnaround time. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
- **TURNAROUND TIME**: Our standard turnaround time is 3–4 business days for delivery orders and 1–3 business days for pickup orders from order confirmation. You will receive an email ([email protected]) to confirm your order and when the order is finished you will receive another email from us via (Helcim) with the invoice with options to pay via credit card, ACH, or pay at time of delivery with check.
- **INVOICE TERMS **: Payment is due upon delivery/pickup. For established accounts in good standing, Net 7 terms are available. A 1.5% monthly late fee will be applied to invoices outstanding beyond 14 days. Orders cannot be started while prior invoices remain unpaid.
- **PACKAGING & HANDLING FEE**: Effective January 1, 2026, a packaging and handling fee will be applied: $4.98 per 50-lb box or $2.98 per 25-lb box.
- **DELIVERY/PICKUP**: Flat-rate delivery fees based on distance (per trip): 0–15 miles ($7.99) | 16–30 miles ($16.99) | 31–45 miles ($24.99) | 46–60 miles ($33.99) | 61–75 miles ($41.99). Volume discounts available: $10 off orders of 100–199 lbs | $20 off orders of 200+ lbs. Free pickup available at our roastery (304 Industrial Dr, Palmyra, MO) or retail shop (534 Hampshire St, Quincy, IL).
- WEEKEND ORDERS: Orders placed on the weekend will be added to Monday's production roasting list. *Rush orders are available for a fee **Additional fees apply for weekend fulfillment

Our cold brew is made with a Kyoto Japanese Slow Drip brewers. Once ordered we will make it fresh and this process takes us around 8-12hrs to produce a gallon.
