Mentee Application Form 2026 - The Land Collective

This programme is for our members who want to grow further, with 1:1 support. Whether that’s building confidence, figuring out next steps, or just having someone in their corner who gets it. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open, curious, and willing to show up.
Our mentors are professionals from across the built environment, who are giving up their time because they believe in people like you.
This form helps us get to know you so we can make a match that feels right.
These mentoring opportunities are open to those in sixth form/college up to early career professionals with less than 3 years of experience.
We would greatly appreciate it if in your answer, you go into as much detail as possible, so we can work on making the right match. Please avoid using AI, as we would like to hear and read your actual voice.
This round closes on Friday 1st May at 9am. The programme will take place from June to December, where you'll be required to meet once a month with your mentor.
