Event Preferences + Booth Options
Our tried-and-true option for vendors who want a strong presence at The Bridal Night Market without the extras. It includes a dedicated 4x4 or 8x8 booth space with two vendor passes, plus one curated social media mention on our Instagram and Facebook. Vendors still receive the full Bridal Night Market experience, surrounded by like-minded creatives and modern couples. This tier is ideal for those looking to show up, stand out, and make meaningful connections with a straightforward, high-impact setup.
A step up from our Essential option, designed for vendors who want increased visibility and engagement. It includes everything in the Essential package, plus prime booth placement for higher foot traffic. Vendors also receive two curated social media shoutouts prior to the event and an Instagram Story feature to connect with our audience in real time. This tier is ideal for those ready to elevate their presence and make a memorable impression.
The Elite Booth Tier is our all-access, VIP experience for vendors who want maximum visibility and impact at The Bridal Night Market. It includes everything from the Essential and Elevated tiers, plus front-and-centre booth placement and enhanced marketing exposure. Vendors receive three curated social media mentions, an Instagram Story feature, a solo vendor reel, and a Vendor of the Month spotlight email to our audience of couples and industry partners. With four vendor passes and guaranteed placement in VIP swag bags, this tier is designed for brands ready to invest in premium exposure and leave a lasting impression.
10x10: $1295 (limited of 1-3 per market depending on market size).
The Featured Sponsor Activation is a large-scale, high-impact 20x20 branded takeover designed for partners ready to lead the room and shape the guest experience. This is not a traditional booth; it’s a fully immersive activation ideal for beverage experiences, sponsored lounges, interactive moments, or statement installations that anchor the market and draw sustained attention. This package includes premium placement in a high-traffic anchor area, elevated brand exposure across event touch points, and the opportunity to create a memorable, share-worthy experience guests engage with throughout the night.
Pricing starts at $2,350 per market, with final investment based on scope, build-out, and activation requirements, and a mandatory detail call is required to design and approve the space.
National sponsorship options are also available for brands looking to activate across multiple markets with consistent visibility, preferred placement, and scaled brand integration.

Participation in The Bridal Night Market is confirmed only once your application is approved and full payment has been received. We carefully curate each market to maintain a balanced vendor mix and elevated guest experience — approval is not guaranteed for all applicants.
Deposit & Payment
Booth fees are due in full upon acceptance unless an approved split-payment plan has been arranged. Payments can be made via e-transfer or directly via the Square invoice. Please include your business name + market location in the payment notes.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. However, due to venue commitments and event logistics, all vendor fees are non-refundable once paid. If you’re unable to attend, your booth credit may be transferred to a future market within your region, pending approval from our team.
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, signage, and extension cords (if applicable). We encourage creative setups that reflect your brand — think editorial, interactive, and visually engaging. Booth layouts must remain within designated dimensions.
By participating, you grant The Bridal Night Market permission to use photos and videos captured at the event for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, print, and digital platforms.
