Participation in The Bridal Night Market is confirmed only once your application is approved and full payment has been received. We carefully curate each market to maintain a balanced vendor mix and elevated guest experience — approval is not guaranteed for all applicants.
Deposit & Payment
Booth fees are due in full upon acceptance unless an approved split-payment plan has been arranged. Payments can be made via e-transfer or directly via the Square invoice. Please include your business name + market location in the payment notes.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. However, due to venue commitments and event logistics, all vendor fees are non-refundable once paid. If you’re unable to attend, your booth credit may be transferred to a future market within your region, pending approval from our team.
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, signage, and extension cords (if applicable). We encourage creative setups that reflect your brand — think editorial, interactive, and visually engaging. Booth layouts must remain within designated dimensions.
By participating, you grant The Bridal Night Market permission to use photos and videos captured at the event for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, print, and digital platforms.
