Standard Booths: Our tried-and-true option for vendors who want a strong presence at The Bridal Night Market without the extras. It includes a dedicated 4x4 or 8x8 booth space with two vendor passes, plus one curated social media mention on our Instagram and Facebook. Vendors still receive the full Bridal Night Market experience, surrounded by like-minded creatives and modern couples. This tier is ideal for those looking to show up, stand out, and make meaningful connections with a straightforward, high-impact setup.

THE ELITE:

The Elite Booth Tier is designed for vendors who want elevated visibility and a stronger brand presence at The Bridal Night Market. This tier builds on the Essential and Elevated inclusions, offering priority booth placement within the event layout and enhanced marketing exposure leading up to the market.

Elite vendors receive curated social media features, including dedicated mentions and elevated visibility across our promotional cycle, plus extended post-market exposure to our engaged audience of couples and industry professionals. With four vendor passes and premium swag bag inclusion, this tier is ideal for brands looking to stand out in the room, deepen engagement, and position themselves as a key player within the experience — not just another booth on the floor.

THE ICON: The all-access, inner-circle experience and the second-highest tier at The Bridal Night Market, reserved for brands that truly define the market. It includes everything from the Essential, Elevated, and Elite tiers, plus an expanded 10x10 booth with prime, high-impact placement. Vendors receive premium exposure through four curated social media mentions, a solo vendor reel, and a featured spotlight in our email newsletter to couples and industry partners. With six vendor passes, premium VIP swag bag placement, and official “ICON Vendor” designation, this tier is designed for brands ready to lead, stand out, and be remembered. Availability is extremely limited per market.
The Featured Sponsor Activation is a large-scale, high-impact 20x20 branded takeover designed for partners ready to lead the room and shape the guest experience. This is a fully immersive activation ideal for beverage experiences, sponsored lounges, interactive moments, or statement installations that anchor the market and draw sustained attention.
This package includes premium placement in a high-traffic anchor area, elevated brand exposure across event touch points, and the opportunity to create a memorable, share-worthy experience guests engage with throughout the night. 
Pricing starts at $2,500 per market.
National sponsorship options are also available for brands looking to activate across multiple markets with consistent visibility, preferred placement, and scaled brand integration.

Terms, Agreement & Payment Information

Participation in The Bridal Night Market is confirmed only once your application is approved and full payment has been received. We carefully curate each market to maintain a balanced vendor mix and elevated guest experience — approval is not guaranteed for all applicants.
Deposit & Payment Booth fees are due in full upon acceptance unless an approved split-payment plan has been arranged. Payments can be made via e-transfer or directly via the Square invoice. Please include your business name + market location in the payment notes.
Cancellations & Refunds We understand that life happens. However, due to venue commitments and event logistics, all vendor fees are non-refundable once paid. If you’re unable to attend, your booth credit may be transferred to a future market within your region, pending approval from our team.
Booth Setup & Display
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, signage, and extension cords (if applicable). We encourage creative setups that reflect your brand — think editorial, interactive, and visually engaging. Booth layouts must remain within designated dimensions.
Marketing & Promotion
By participating, you grant The Bridal Night Market permission to use photos and videos captured at the event for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, print, and digital platforms.
