Prismly Résumé Intake Form Your résumé should reflect the full breadth of who you are—not only what you’ve done. This form is designed to help me understand your experiences, strengths, and aspirations so I can craft a résumé that feels honest, strategic, and unmistakably you.

Take your time. Answer what you can. Leave anything blank if you’re unsure; we’ll clarify together.

How the Process Works

Step 1: Complete the Prismly Resume Intake Form Below Share your background, goals, and any existing résumé or role descriptions. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just answer as honestly and thoroughly as you can.

Step 2: I Review Your Story in Detail I read through your responses, look at your current materials (if provided), and start to identify themes: your strengths, your trajectory, and where you want to go next.

Step 3: I Outline Recommendations and Prepare a Customized Strategy Based on what you’ve shared, I determine what will serve you best—whether that’s a focused résumé refresh, a full rewrite, or a deeper repositioning of your narrative.

Step 4: I Share Options, Provide Transparent Pricing, and Recommend Next Steps

You’ll receive a simple, transparent overview of pricing, what’s included, and the expected timeline. No pressure, no hidden fees—just a clear proposal for how we can work together.

Step 5: You Decide How You'd Like to Move Forward If the approach feels right, you’ll confirm your selection, complete payment, and we’ll schedule our next touchpoint (such as a working session or clarifying call).

Sounds good? Let's get started.
