Language proficiency in Korean is a strong asset and highly preferred but not mandatory. Currently we are primarily targeting translation into English, though keep an eye out for other target languages in the future!
You must be reachable through Discord, and our primary payout method will be through PayPal.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) (Bonus points if you're an avid reader or writer of English Original Language novels)
- Proficiency in Korean (optional but highly preferred)
- Attention to detail for maintaining name, term, and plot accuracy/consistency
- Creative/Open-minded (translation is an art, not a science)

- Upload provided raw files to our official online platform from company cloud storage
- Use our custom in-house tools to generate a base translation
- Manage Translation Glossaries and Character Notes for correctness, consistency, and quality
- Come up with translated or Romanized names/terms if the base ones are unsatisfactory
- Proofread and edit the base translation for fluency according to our platform style guide
- Re-translate any parts of the base translation that are incorrect or inconsistent
- Set up the story description page on our online platform with a catchy Title and Summary/Blurb, as well as informative Tags
- Create Novel Updates story entries and manually enter initial chapters
- Reliably adhere to a consistent publication schedule
- Help identify attention-grabbing scenes/lines for our marketing team
- Be the official translator for licensed stories
- Request titles from the catalogues of our partnered publishers
- 15% NET Revenue Royalties from Direct Purchases of/Subscriptions to your stories on our official online platform and for all sales of your stories on third party marketplaces (Amazon KDP, Google Playstore, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, libraries, and more)
