STUDENT FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION

NOTE TO APPLICANTS: No person is responsible for you being qualified for financial assistance. Criteria has been set by the Church Board as a unit.

Criteria:

• The application will be reviewed by a sub-committee (or Treasurer) to understand circumstances and financial request.

• Review previous year’s Federal Tax Return and compare to the Poverty Level Chart at 150%. If below the respective level (based on dependents) the application will be automatically qualified for assistance. If above the respective level, other special circumstances will need to be considered and relied upon more heavily. The level of assistance will be based on the scale below and the objectivity of the sub-committee (or Treasurer).

• Applicant is an active church member and pays tithe.
