Write or Die Magazine Assistant Event Facilitator Application
We are looking for someone to help us facilitate and coordinate Write or Die & Chill Subs events!
Responsibilities include:
* Moderating Write or Die Craft Chats:
Make the featured author feel welcome, let in everyone from the waiting room, introduce the featured author, moderate the chat, ask the author questions, etc. Ensure each event you are responsible for runs smoothly.
* Pitch potential authors and industry leaders:
Work with Kailey to build our events calendar and give suggestions on who we could collaborate with and what topics we should cover.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is part of the Write or Die / Chill Subs community
* Is comfortable with Zoom and being on camera
* Tech savvy- ish. (Should be able to run virtual meetings)
*Has a solid understanding of the writing and publishing industries
