West Midlands Coaches Panel - Application Form

Please use the following survey to express your interest in joining the West Midland Coaches Panel.
The group shall operate as a consultative group to discuss current issues, enabling coaches to have a voice within the Region and have a channel to influence our programmes, pathways and development activities.
We ask that you please answer all questions truthfully and to the best of your ability. We aim to have a diverse range of coaches that can appropriately represent the broad range of clubs with in the Region, reflective of the whole pathway; from Learn to Swim through to performance.

Members on the panel will be required to gather views from local coaches and feed ideas into the panel meetings. They will also be required to communicate back to these coaches, in a network style. Panel members are selected not only to represent their own club views, but also represent views on behalf of local and regional clubs.
