Leadership Train-Wreck Stories are Welcome Here.

What is your cringe-worthy story in leadership? It's easy to apply standard leadership principles when things are going smoothly, but people learn from situations they don't talk about in business school or any leadership course. In fact, want to hear all the crazy stuff nobody could ever predict.
What's your story?
Your story can be about you, a colleague on the leadership team, a leader you reported to or one of your staff.
Brief Examples:
- "A leader asked me if I was pregnant at the beginning of a meeting!"
- "One of my staff was seen reading a novel while driving the company car down the road in rush-hour traffic."
- "My colleague lost his cool in the leadership meeting and ripped the values statement off the wall."

Your response is anonymous. You don't have to mention the company or name of the person in the story. I'll use the stories to stump my podcast guests and clients who are leaders from all industries.
Now that you know it's undercover, give me as much juicy detail as you can to help paint a picture of how awkward this scenario was.
If you are willing to be contacted for more details, please provide your email address and I'll reach out to you directly from a @teammojo.ca email address.
