** FUTURE AMBASSADOR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT **

I understand that as a Sisterhood Ambassador, I will be expected to represent Christ with my words, actions, and attitude. I agree to uphold the values of faith, service, and leadership with humility and grace.

** CHURCH MEMBER FEE **

As a member of Lily of the Valley Church of God in Christ, your membership fee is $25 every 3 months. This fee is support and includes: Full program access, Exclusive merchandise & apparel, Special events & workshops, Printed resources & gifts, etc.

** REGULAR MEMBER FEE**

Membership fee is $45 every 3 months. This fee is support and includes: Full program access, Exclusive merchandise & apparel, Special events & workshops, Printed resources & gifts, etc.

PAYMENT REMINDERS WILL BE SENT AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH QUARTERLY MONTH.
