This may include, without limitation, your name, Instagram handle, profile photograph, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

2️⃣ Reposting Permission

You authorise Vybez to re-share, repost, or feature any publicly available content from your social media accounts (including reels, videos, and posts) solely for creator highlights, announcements, promotional showcases, or community features.

This does not grant Vybez ownership over your content.

3️⃣ Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information submitted through this form is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you.

Providing false, misleading, or unauthorised information may result in removal from the Vybez Creator Community.

4️⃣ Non-Exclusive Engagement

Your association with Vybez is strictly non-exclusive.

You retain full freedom to work with any other brands or platforms unless an additional written agreement states otherwise.

5️⃣ Communication Consent

You grant Vybez permission to contact you through WhatsApp, email, phone, or social media platforms regarding creator updates, opportunities, campaigns, guidance, and administrative communication.

6️⃣ Brand Selection & Opportunity Allocation

You understand that creator opportunities depend on campaign requirements, brand preferences, and audience fit.

Vybez does not guarantee a minimum number of collaborations and will contact you directly if and when a brand selects you.

7️⃣ Compliance & Conduct

You agree to maintain a public profile (unless otherwise discussed) and to comply with platform guidelines, brand instructions, and community standards when participating in any collaboration associated with Vybez.
