I create some mockups to show people and get their opinion.

I start coding. I need to build something to get real feedback.

I craft a simple one-page offer and test if someone will give me money for it.

I anchor the price to the quantifiable value (€) the solution creates, and I test this price before I build.

I ask potential customers "what would you be willing to pay?".

I look at what others charge and pick a number that feels reasonable.

It was an expensive hobby that cost me money and a lot of weekends.

I've had some small wins, but it's inconsistent. It feels like a lottery ticket.

I can directly trace my invested time to predictable, growing revenue. My project is an asset, not a time-sink.

A waiting list of people who have already paid a deposit.
