At Manu, we’re building intelligent software systems that connect deeply with real-world operations. As a founding full stack engineer, you’ll be responsible for taking ambitious ideas from concept to production, designing and owning systems end-to-end.

This is a high-responsibility role: you’ll set the foundation for how Manu builds software — architecture, code quality, and technical culture. If you’re looking for an opportunity where your work defines the trajectory of an entire product, this is it.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop full stack applications with scalability, security, and reliability. • Translate high-level requirements into clear technical specifications and execution plans. • Build frontend and backend systems, integrating APIs, databases, and cloud services. • Implement secure authentication, access control, and data management. • Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments. • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent features. • Mentor interns and contribute to technical best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, or Vue) and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or similar). • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred). • Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to production. • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical judgment. • 1-2 years of non-intern experience (startup/early-stage experience preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
