I'll explain:
We, Use AI Securely, are a company providing training for safe use of AI.
But, over the past 6 months... we got tons of requests from people trying to contact "Use AI".
Requests for support are always the same:
- they got tricked into some kind of trial for $0.99
- and then got charged unexpectedly
- try to contact use.ai
- but use ai doesn't reply.
Given that we have similar names, we receive pretty often these support requests that are aimed at use.ai.
We got in touch with use.ai. They never replied. They don't care. Typical scam behaviour.
So, if you've been impacted... read https://useaiscam.com. But most importantly, contact your bank asap to block use.ai payments.
In summary:
- We are NOT Use.ai
- Due to our similar names some of their customers reach out to us for refund requests
- I clearly observed a pattern of Use.ai charging people unexpectedly
- Use.ai doesn't seem to ever reply, acting like a fraud
- If you fell in their trap reach out to your bank, and then read https://useaiscam.com . We documented this website gathering all requests we got on behalf of use.ai, as use.ai doesn't give a f*ck.
- If you got to this point, you got that we are not use.ai and cannot process refunds, cancel subscriptions, or access accounts for their service. If you were charged by Use.AI, contact them directly (insist): https://use.ai/help
🥹 This was initially our "Contact Support" form so that Enterprises wanting to buy AI training from Use AI Securely could do so. It's 99% found by people desperately trying to get help after having been deceived by use.ai, 1% by potential prospects, so I decided I might as well make it useful.
