Collinwood Road Church Holiday Club Booking Form 2025
Thank you for your interest in the Holiday Club based at Collinwood Road Church, Risinghurst, Oxford. The Holiday Club is taking place on 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th of August from 10:00am to 1:30pm. The Holiday Club is for children aged between 5 and 11 years. All children will be required to bring a packed lunch each day. The Holiday Club will be led by members and friends of Collinwood Road Church. It will include telling stories from the Bible, worship and prayer as well as arts & crafts and fun games and activities.
Places are strictly limited and children who are able to attend all 4 days of the Holiday Club will be prioritised. If you have more than one child who would like to attend, please complete a booking form for each child. The cost of the Holiday Club is £20 total for all four days (family discounts are available). We will send you details on how to make the payment once we have confirmed your child/wards place on the Holiday Club. We look forward to welcoming your child/ward at the Holiday Club and learning about the Super Heroes of the Bible together!

Photographs will usually be of groups, not individual children, to show the kind of activities on offer. I acknowledge the need for them to behave responsibly, treat the adults leading the activities and the other children attending with kindness and respect, and for them to take note of any safety instructions given.
I understand that while involved they will be under the care and supervision of the approved adult workers appointed by the church. While these workers will take all reasonable care of the participants, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered during, or as a result of, the activity.
