In order to better serve readers, please only publish the event to the most relevant site for it. 

Free submissions of events should:

1. take place locally,

2. be bonafide public events open to all,

3. cost £15 or less to attend (unless it's a concert, comedy show or other cultural event with a large potential audience), and

4. be submitted to only one site. All others must be submitted as promoted or premium events.

We have cost-effective options for getting the word out about your events.

Free: Appears in the event upcoming event section of your email newsletter of choice.

Promoted: Your event will also appear our site's homepage, and our events calendar. The newsletter promotion will run during the two weeks before the event.

Premium: The same as promoted, but it will also be posted by our popular Facebook and Instagram accounts within a day or two of being approved.

Our event calendar is intended to be positive, informative and uplifting. We will not publish events that are intended to criticise or demean another person, group of people or organisation, and we reserve the right to refuse to publish any submitted event for any other reason.

Please double check your post before submitting. Requests for changes after publication are at our sole discretion.
