When organizing a legal entity, you'll need provide both a principal address of the entity on its formation document, as well as the name of a registered agent and its address as well! Instead of using your own personal information, and instead of paying for two separate services (a virtual business address and a registered agent service), you can signup with us for both for only $100 per year. By signing below, you acknowledge that inflow law group LLP will provide you with registered agent information for the state you indicated your business entity was organized in above, as well as an address to list as the principal place of business for your LLC. You further agree and acknowledge that this service includes the forwarding of all official government letters received on your LLC's behalf as the registered agent. You acknowledge that the principal business address should not be your primary mailing address. You acknowledge and agree to use your own mailing address, separate from the principal address we provide to receive important mail you regularly expect from your own vendors, clients, collaborators, etc. For any "general mail" that is sent to the principal place of business address, we will forward digital scans of up to 5 pieces of "general mail" per year sent to your LLC's principal address to the email address we have on file. We do not forward junk mail. You agree that additional digital scan forwarding will cost $20 per mail forwarded (We will reach out for your consent beforehand to see if you'd like to have it forwarded at that additional expense). Finally, by signing and inputting your payment information in the following page, you agree to annual billing and having your payment information processed on a yearly basis from your day of signup in exchange of being able to use the provided addresses.
