Role Overview

We are looking for a remote Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our early team and play a pivotal role in building the sales engine from the ground up. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, setting up meetings and contributing to the overall growth of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold outreach, and networking. - Reach out via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels. - Qualify prospects and schedule high-intent product demos. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in our CRM. - Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and customer pain points.

Requirements

- 0-2 year of experience in sales, business development (preferably in B2B SaaS/Logistics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Have cold calling and email outreach techniques
- Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
