Both are typically delivered as 90-minute, live sessions that are facilitated either over Zoom (webinar) or at your premises (workshop).
Participants learn the inner-workings of The PIM, apply it (in breakout group teams) to at least (2) different workshop problems, obtain and receive facilitator feedback, and watch a demonstration of The PIM Tool in action. Every participant receives their own copy of The PIM resources and 12-months' exclusive access to The PIM Tool via our website.
