Front end and UI/UX Intern

Location: Pune, India (On-site with flexibility)

About

At Manu, design and usability are central to how our products are experienced. As a Frontend (UI/UX) Intern, you’ll help bring interfaces to life — turning wireframes and ideas into clean, functional, user-friendly designs. You’ll work closely with our founding full stack engineer and get exposure to building end-to-end products in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend components and pages under the guidance of the engineering team. • Translate wireframes, sketches, and product requirements into functional UI. • Support design iterations with quick prototypes and usability tweaks. • Ensure consistency and attention to detail in layout, typography, and interaction. • Collaborate with software interns to integrate frontend with backend systems.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field. • Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (Svelte, React, or Vue). • Basic understanding of UX principles and responsive design. • Strong eye for detail and willingness to iterate quickly. • Hands-on project or portfolio experience (academic or personal projects accepted).
