We’ve spent the last three years perfecting the product. We’ve already signed customers like O’Neill and HEMA. We’ve raised our first major funding round. Now it’s time to go all out and scale the commercial side.

The role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Associate to help us unleash Root to the world. You’ll:

1. Write ~100 personalised LinkedIn and email messages per day to book meetings

2. Follow up relentlessly and handle objections until the meeting happens

3. Build, test, and optimise outreach systems every week to increase output

4. Take full ownership of your part of the pipeline, like a founder would

5. Learn directly from exceptional peers and shape the commercial playbook

6. You are not an “employee.” You are a builder. You will own, ship, and deliver results from day one.

Who we’re looking for

You should bring:

1. A builder’s mindset, with ownership as default

2. Fluency in English and sharp copywriting skills

3. Strong communication and persuasion ability

4. A process-driven approach, always improving systems

5. Curiosity to learn fast and the discipline to execute daily
