Welcome to ELIAC 2026 — European Linear Accelerator Challenge

The first international academic competition focused on the design and simulation of electron linear accelerators (LINACs).

ELIAC brings together undergraduate and master’s students from across Europe to develop technically rigorous, innovative, and validated LINAC designs, supported by academic advisors and evaluated by experts.

Teams will go through several phases of design, peer review, and presentation — culminating in a final in-person event in July 2026.
