A Chef de Cuisine to craft and execute an extraordinary mountain dining experience in Tirthan Valley, HP.

You'll own

- Culinary vision and menu direction
- Daily kitchen operations and team mentorship
- Seasonal menus inspired by mountain ingredients
- Quality, consistency, and operational excellence
- Relationships with local farmers and suppliers

You have

- 5+ years of experience leading professional kitchens
- Expertise in menu development and food costing
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- A passion for local, sustainable ingredients
- Creativity and adaptability in crafting unique dining experiences
