As well as saving yourself money since it would cost you a lot more if you were to buy all the items for your land yourself. Enigma uses a lot of PBR materials, so good graphics are essential.

• The cost of landscaping can vary depending on the level of detail, size, complexity as well as interactivity. For simpler, more static designs, like backdrop stores and shops, the pricing will be lower. However, for interactive elements, such as restaurants, gyms, coffee shops that include engaging features, there will be additional costs. Price will be determined after we discuss all your needs.
• Payment must be made prior to me working on the project. To secure your project, I kindly ask that the full payment be completed within 24 hours of confirmation. If payment is not received within that timeframe, I may give the slot to another client.
• Payment can be made with lindens or paypal only. If paying with lindens, please only pay through my tip jar if its above L$10,000.
• ENIGMA specializes in crafting modern and luxury landscapes. If your vision doesn't align with this style, I may not be the best fit for your project.
• Edit rights are a L$2000 one time payment. To ensure integrity of my work, edit rights will be granted upon completion of the project, not prior or during. If edit rights were granted to you from previous projects, please do not edit my work until it’s fully completed.
• refrain from returning major items WITHOUT consulting ME FIRST while I am actively working on your land, as I may need to STILL document my work with photos. Once the project is complete and photos/videos have been taken, you are free to return anything you DO not wish TO KEEP. RETURNING DECORATED Homes, landscapes or builds without allowing me to get proper documentation is a waste of my time and work and Is found disrespectful. Furthermore ANY work that needs to be redone due to client returns will incur a full payment for the additional work required OR IN EXTREME CASES, termination of the project without refund. NO exceptions. if you have any suggestions or concerns please communicate them to me instead of returning things.
• Please be prepared to make payment when contacting me to finalize your booking. If you are not ready to book yet, please let me know the date by which you expect to be ready. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis unless a deposit has been paid to reserve your spot.
• Once we have finalized the design and you have paid the agreed price, any additional changes or requests will cost extra and may also extend the timeline of the project.
• To ensure I stay focused and productive. I'd like to minimize distractions, which will help me complete the work more efficiently and deliver it to you sooner. I will be sure to let you know if I need anything.
• Once the project is complete, a few minor changes are allowed without an additional cost. However major changes or if there are a lot of them, it may require extra charges and time.
• Any future work on the land will be treated as a new project. I am not responsible for land maintenance once the project has been completed unless paid to return.
• Most of my landscapes and interior designs are created with PBR materials. To ensure the best quality and accuracy of the landscaping work, clients are required to use a PBR compatible viewer. This ensures that all materials, textures, and lighting are displayed correctly and in full detail. Legacy viewers may not show the full intended design and effects. If you do require a strictly legacy landscape, the cost will be higher.
• Upon completion of the land, i reserve the right to take and share pictures or videos of my work for promotional purposes.
• before starting any landscape, I always create a vision tailored to your wants and needs. I ask that you keep an open mind and not judge the landscape in its early stages as it evolves.
