Business Development Manager
We’re currently searching for an experienced Business Development Manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
1. Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. 3+ years Sales experience
4. Advanced time management and organizational skills
5. Strong computer skills utilizing various software applications
6. Experience working with a CRM system
7. Hungry to succeed financially (there are strong financial incentives for sales)
8. Wants to grow personally and professionally
9. Able to work on EST Business hours
10. Thrives in a fast paced and environment in which they are constantly learning
1. Know, understand, and develop the end to end process of sales
2. Learn and understand the sales process and flows for multiple companies and industries
3. Follow up on leads through company CRM
4. Create proposals and send them to prospective clients
5. Help develop new sources of business such as referral networks
6. Collaborate in improvement of sales/marketing materials
7. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating with clients; and integrating requirements with business operations.
8. Maintain good working relationships with prospect and existing clients
