Dehusk is seeking a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-caliber leader to oversee both the sales and operations functions. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a tier 1 FMCG company.
Salary: ₱60,000 - ₱80,000/month
Location: Onsite (BGC, Manila, Philippines)

1. Proven track record of success in a senior sales and/or operations leadership role within the FMCG or CPG industry.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that achieve significant revenue growth.
4. Strong understanding of the FMCG market, distribution channels, and retail landscape.

3. Oversee aspects of operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.

5. Develop and implement data-driven sales and operational strategies, leveraging analytics to gain insights and improve decision-making.
