NIGHT OPS ASSOCIATE
Wayfarer is tech-driven hospitality startup brand rapidly expanding our team. We're on a mission to reinvent hotels for modern travelers.

We’re looking to add Night Ops Associates to support our growth both in full-time and part-time positions. The Ops Associate will lead traveler services and assist on backend operations in day to day property management.
Full-time staff will be in a permanent position (正社員)
The role will be based in Kyoto or Osaka.
Strong language and communication skills required, particularly in English and Japanese.
• On-shift basis for 9 hours (w/ 1 hour break)
• 2 regular days off per week
• Probation & training is 3 months.
After probation, you will receive full social insurance and paid leave of 15 days.
10pm - 7am (including 1 hour break)
11pm - 8am (including 1 hour break)
10pm to 5am will incur an x1.25 increase in pay in accordance with local labor law.
