Visibility Era is a show for business owners who desire to grow their audience, expand their reach and generate more income through podcasts, PR and media exposure. We, cofounder-Lydia and Bridget, have been supporting business owners for almost a decade across our own businesses and careers. Lydia is a publicist and PR strategist who has supported top artists like James Bay, X Ambassadors, The Beach Boys and more. Bridget is a former publisher turned speaker and brand strategist who has worked with over 300+ clients helping them write brand books and give killer presentations during her business career. Together, they are well known for getting their clients featured on media giants like mindbodygreen, Time Magazine, Fortune, Yahoo, Oprah and top rated podcasts.
Our audience is made up of small business owners, entrepreneurs and startup founders who have goals of being high-earners & high-achievers while creating their dream, passion fueled business. They want to scale their businesses and love to be inspired by people who are already doing the damn thing! They are looking for content on PR, Marketing, Podcasts, Messaging, Speaking, TedX, Writing, Books and more as a way to grow their brand.

This is to confirm that the undersigned has agreed to be interviewed or otherwise participate in the Program, a production of the Visibility on Purpose LLC.
As a condition of publication/broadcast and for no monetary compensation, Bridget Aileen LLC requests the non-exclusive worldwide rights to reproduce, distribute, and sell your oral and/or video presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, as part of this Program published under the auspices of Visibility on Purpose LLC and to license these rights to others, in perpetuity. Visibility on Purpose LLC shall have the right to edit and/or transcribe your presentation.
You also grant Visibility on Purpose LLC the right to use your name, biography and likeness in connection with the Program.
You warrant that your presentation is original with you, that publication/broadcast will not infringe on the rights of others, and that you have full power to grant this license. Should your presentation/broadcast incorporate copyrighted materials of others, you warrant that you have obtained such permission from those parties for publication/broadcast by Visibility on Purpose LLC, consistent with this Agreement.
If the foregoing terms are satisfactory, please sign and date this agreement below and return it to the Program coordinator. Execution of this Agreement does not obligate Visibility on Purpose LLC to publish your presentation or other materials.
