Welcome to the property data collection form created especially for DECO community members! Zealot is actively looking for leads on property owners who are interested in selling, particularly apartment complexes in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi. However, we are also interested in purchasing single family homes, vacant land, commercial buildings, trailer and RV parks, mini-storage, and more.

As an incentive, we are offering a referral fee of up to $100,000 for each property that we successfully close through your form submission. Your contribution can help us grow our business and provide more housing options in our communities, thus rewarding our referral sources is very important to us! After all, we want to form a successful, long-term working relationship with you and anyone else who refers properties to us! So if you have questions about how we arrive at a referral fee amount, feel free to reach out by text or email.
Note: Please submit off-market leads only and fill out the form one time per property. If you have a lead on multiple properties from the same seller, categorize the property types and fill out one form per property type. If a seller has a property listed on the MLS but is willing to take a significant discount, please note in the form below.
