Working 5 days per week on-site (non-negotiable)

Maintaining consistent brand quality across all content

Meeting strict deadlines without excuses

WORK ARRANGEMENTS:

Full-time position with flexible hours (results-focused, not time-focused)

On-site work: 2 days on-site/off site shooting, other days in the office

Equipment provided: High-end laptop, camera equipment

Performance-based bonuses for meeting KPIs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proven video editing experience Social Media Content Creation Expertise

Reliability and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar professional software Understanding of platform-specific content optimization
