Overwhelmed. No idea how I landed here, but if this saves me a meeting? I’m IN.

Cautiously skeptical.  “It’s interesting, but I don’t fully trust it yet — too many unknowns.”

Optimistically figuring it out. "I am exploring. Some use cases work, some don’t — but there’s promise.”

Spinning in the complexity spiral. “Too many tools, not enough clarity. It’s overwhelming.”

Dystopian alert mode. “This feels like a threat — to our culture, our people, maybe even my role.”

Prioritization logic – too many initiatives, no clear focus

Workload system - Pace, pressure and work overload

Purpose and values (do they still guide us?)

Trust foundations - Low trust between teams or toward leadership

Advanced: internal teams trained, tools integrated

Started: external consultants and trainings in motion
